(1) Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance by Lumetra. A contract of sale is not formed until the order is accepted.
(2) No Medical Advice
Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
(3) Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
(4) Automatic Renewals
Subscription orders automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date. Subscription orders are non-refundable.
(5) Shipments & Delivery
Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.
(6) Refunds & Returns
To request a refund, contact help@tryrivanta.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to verification and governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Only the first order is refundable.

(8) Arbitration & Venue
